Fully automated storage handling units convey all of TeCFa dry film photoresist mill rolls from the coating line directly to the cooled storage cells without leaving the clean room condition. Networking with MRP system and FIFO system, these automated units not only ensure the quality and the cleanliness of mill rolls, but also enable to quickly retrieve and to scan barcoded mill rolls for new slitting jobs, and to route them directly to the slitting floor.
